What are you drinking right now?

It's rather tasty.

Update: my SO, who will occassionally throw back a coors light and the even rarer 4 oz taster of sour, just asked for a glass of my homebrew :) this kind of satisfaction is addicting

Nice! My SO rather likes my work but definitely has favourites.

There is such a wide variance in beer styles that you can almost always find one a person likes, whether they are willing to put in the kind of effort necessary is another story.

Totally!! I've been trying to branch out from only drinking pales/IPAs, and it's almost overwhelming how many style options are out there. Can't wait to drink them all!

I experimented with making my own hard seltzer. I took the easy way. I took grapefruit vodka threw in some tap water and carbed at 30psi in a plastic soda bottle. Not bad, I think. The sampling as I adjusted the mix may have gone on a bit too long.

I'm thinking of doing a seltzer with a keg. Just need to do the math.

Since I've been home brewing, I've been branching out to different styles. Sometimes based on what's on the forum (i.e. Kviek yeast or a sour). The Kviek I tried (Third Space Nordic Sunrise) I liked a lot and have started to brew with. The sour I tried (Duchesse de Bourgogne) was ok but, not something I'd want to brew.

I drink a lot more pils/lager/blondes than I used to cause I actually like the ones I make. Which is a bit weird since I really like IPA/ESB and I hardly brew those.
