Keg of Pelican Pale Ale just kicked, so it's Miller time until the 2 batches I'm kegging tonight are carbed up. Enough procrastinating. Now I really need to get them kegged

Paupack Cream Ale “clone”.

Really loving this beer right now. The sulfur issue is pretty much gone. Completely crushable as a Cream should be. I asked my daughter her opinion and she said, “I don’t know dad. It tastes like beer”. I took that as a compliment.

Yard work done. Time to kick back with an Agent 007 IPA. Only a week old, so not clear yet. Idaho 7 and Citra. Next time the Citra is getting replaced with Amarillo.

Smaked a fair few of these back yesterday evening it's drinking pretty good my double decoction pilsner a nice tight clingy head too I've been getting pretty crap head retention of late ah the decoction musta been it!

I friggen love it!
