Looks delicious!Maning the Webber Q cooking Beef roast drinking the refreshing hoppy blond soo easy drinking this one hops have dropped off a bit bit still get a nice tropical hint off a swirl of the glass head is persistent and remains on the beer @Megary once again I know you were interested I'd say you wouldn't be let down if you brewed it maybe increase the hop rate a bit more if you want more hop presence but it is a blonde ale it's a goer. I increased the light to give a more true representation of beer colour it always looks darker I find on camera.. cheers!View attachment 9033
Simcoe mosaic galaxy in equal quantitiesLooks delicious!
What hops did you use? The only blonde I ever made (wait...what??) was all Citra and came out good but a bit too grapefruit-y. I need to set the hops straight as I plan on re-brewing another sometime in the next month or two. Need to start getting the summer beers ready!
Nice Ben. I like the oats in there. Been using them more myself, but in place of the dextrin malt.Simcoe mosaic galaxy in equal quantities

Now on to “that” pizza maker...Making pizza today and 1st pour of my California Common. I don't want to sound like "that" brewer, but man my beers have been coming out great. I've been buying less and less as I just seem to prefer what I've been making.
I can't wait to see what this one's like in a couple more weeks.

At this very minute just water. Like @thunderwagn, I am on-call. However unlike @thunderwagn I do plan on having a bottle tonight of "Janet's Brown Ale" (from brewing classic styles). First time I brewed this one and will definitely brew it again.
[Edit: I should add that I don't have to drive; just log into my laptop.]
I don't know how to reply to @Frankenbrewer....I'm still trying to understand what the phrase "No drinking from Jan1. thru March 31 every year" means. It sounds straight forward...but it can't possibly mean that!
That'll ward off them evil Carona bugs. I drunk all mine a while back must be due for some moreFight fire with fire!
