Nice Bob! Been target mashing my lighter beers at 5.35 to 5.38 lately. I need to check the pale in the fermenter now and see what the mash target was on that one. A Warier single hop.My Viking Pale Ale. First batch brewed after dropping my pH target from 5.4 to 5.35. Seems a bit crisper with the lower pH. Will be kegging another APA late this week, so will see if it follows suit.
