Thanks for the BD wishes! Nickelback.... Not a fan, more of a Rush (early Rush that is), Tragically Hip guy for Canadian Bands.
 
Poured this one before the work began of transferring my limey lager and cleaning beer lines. This light 1.040 lager is comming together now after a week in the fridge low bitterness dry light bodied a good guzzler beer just what I love!
Maybe this yeast ain't so bad after all and I gotta be more patient.

It’s amazing how the malt/caramel profile of a red IPA at 8% ABV balances a 100 IBU hop dump. This beer tasted way less bitter than their 60 IBU Strata IPA (Nugget & Strata hops).

67 degrees, clear skies, burgers on the grill... that was yesterday afternoon.

This morning.... well it’s no longer anywhere near 67 degrees. So I decided to join my Moose friend for an ice cold Citra IPA.

I'm in palo alto right across the street from the Stanford campus. They have Pliny the elder on tap here :p. I can see the stadium. The only university whose mascot is a color. (cardinal)

Guess Miriam is right about my brain being on the fritz. How could I miss WORTHY screaming at me from the glass:) Our favorite first stop when we enter Bend from the east on hwy 20.
