Just finished a couple of Sierra Nevada Brut IPAs. Drinks like a session beer, but at 6.2% it would fool you after a few. Following up with my East Slope IPA at 6.7%.

Something red.... With Pale ale wheat and East Kent Goldings hop. White Labs WLP530 Abbey Ale yeast. Brewed 15th. of December, second fermentation January 2nd. Bottled January 16th. First taste last week. Today it looked much better. Taste is great.
