That yeast is some kind of freak of nature. Abuse it, ignore it, do everything your not supposed to do to yeast and it still performs like a champ. When the world comes to an end there will be two living organisms left on Earth, cockroaches and Kviek yeast.

Oh well..coming up on day 12 and holding at 1.020 ...and that's after a few days of giving the Carboy a spinny spin......so I just grabbed about 3 heaping teaspoons from my other jar and I'm letting that warm up little before a second pitch to finish things out....fingers crossed!
