Lets try to accumulate a reliable list of Ratios for beginners to use as a starting point while building recipes with Spices, Fruits, and Flavors. Ratios based on volumes or weights are very helpful. When you added the ingredient during the brewing process. Brands names and specifics of the ingredients would also be helpful! Lets build up a ratio reference for everyone to use!
 
I haven't used many, just coriander and citrus peel for my Belgiums
And chili & pepper for a quarterly brew "sylla"

Yup looking to setup a general ratio for things like coriander, Orange peel, etc. for people to use as references.
 
I got a whole list in one of my books, but I think it's probably not alllowed to just copy it here.
It's in Dutch anyway
 
A pumpkin beer recipe is a good reference by itself for some of them:)
