Well sorta Dry Passionfruit PULPPed it
!
Well here she be!
Pouring off the tap you can smell the passionfruit
win .It's got a nice fresh smell to it followed by that saison earthy smell (if ya know what I mean) I like it ALOT! It's not a hop aroma as such if you know your hops and your fruity Galaxy Mosaic Equinox come to mind I get more fruit oh could be mango could be passion fruit pineapple this aroma says Passion fruit here in this drink no other fruit
.Oh it's nice and light and sooo smooth nothing biting in the throat no back of the throat tickle/tingle as the bitterness scraps up its well ballanced smooth easy drinking lite finish reminding you of the passion fruit flavour you've just indulged in finishing quickly nice and lite in the tummy saying sip some more!
Now the passionfruit is like overripe smelling a little it's pretty brite I think my wife's mate was right it's encroaching the threshold of passion fruit to beer ratio if ya get my drift.
I stopped fermentation on this aye yup when I added the pulp I left it till morning then set the chiller to 15 or 10c so that would a stalled any secondary fermentation. This finished at 1.013 not saison territory ok.
But fine beer indeed
