My husband thoroughly enjoying "My Pale Friend" which after primary fermentation, didn't taste like much. A bit of honey and some dry hopping in the secondary and WOW. The character of this juicy pale exploded into epic action movie status.

Going to be fun cleaning that bubble lock!
 
S-shapes are easier to clean than people say. Flush with water, Shake well.

I keep a blowoff attached to another rubber stopper in the chamber so I can quickly swap if/when it gets crazy.
 
the best thing to do when bubbling over is take it out and leave it out until its controllable, nothing can get in as long as its pushing out
 
My Willamette Golden Ale. 95% Rahr 2-row, 2.5% each Briess Victory and Thomas Fawcett Amber Malt. 26 IBUs Cluster @ 60, 28g Willamette at 20 and at 1. Mashed at 152F for 75 min. Fermented with Lallemand London ESB @ 67F for 21 days. Kegged and fined with gelatin and carbonated to 2.3 volumes
