Don, I will put an explanation together for you when in front of my PC, difficult to do on my phone.Explain what each hose does, and the path of the steam please?
I think: red hose feeds clear hose, cold water for condenser. Silicone hose at the bottom of that stack carries water (cold plus condensate) to drain. The other silicone, from the bz pump, feeds the counterflow chiller, with a quick connect for a hose to the fermenter.
Steam goes... hmm. Not sure, as the top port directly above the bz cover's center does not seem closed off.
Ultimately I want to make my system like yours. Similar window, different fan.
Thank you Craig.Don, I will put an explanation together for you when in front of my PC, difficult to do on my phone.
Looks good. Is this like a red lager or something different?
Don‘t know. Never made it before. At this point, it’s more of an idea than it is a beer.Looks good. Is this like a red lager or something different?

Imagine an American Wheat geared less for the summer and orange slices and more for the winter and cranberries. Might be a stretch, but this is my hobby! lol.
