Second decoction.

I boiled my first for 10min.
Added back to kettle which was at 62c and it brought it up to 70c:eek:! Man i underestimated that hope i didnt kill all the enzymes but wort tastes sweet just heaps turbid . Ive let the temp just fall back down again and will add a smaller decoction this time.

Oh herm got me toe shot in for ya lol:D
 
Noice hey I like your volume markings on your spoon Valka I'm gunna have to try this how'd you get them on there engraver?
I used the tool called a Dremel, not sure what they call let down under.
 
I just noticed that Tuesday's brew was my 40th batch to date.
Little bit of a milestone.
I have brewed 50 gallons YTD, and 266 gallons total since that first amazon extract batch back in January 2018!
