M-43 NEIPA
No boil hops, smells like fricken porridge, love it!

My latest, ZZ Hop, it is a basic west coast style IPA, magnum for bittering, then Zythos at 20, 0, and 4 days dry.
Plan is to brew this a number of times consecutively but change out the hops (except the magnum) to perfect my process and get a better feel for what this and that hop bring to the table.

That looks good Craig, I love the name, interested to know how that works out with the change in hops. I've been thinking about doing the same thing, now I can live vicariously through you.
