Hey Larry!

My "Imperial" Kolsch is now +26 days (thank you for the code)

It has dried out nicely, 1.010

I racked to secondary and have keep it at 54F for 11 days

Time to bottle?

Do I need to consider the colder temp on yeast for carbonation? I was thinking to warm to RT for 24 hrs before bottling
