Came home today and discovered that our pet corn snake had passed. Some people may dislike snakes, but this was our baby for the last 4 years. She came from an aquarium in California that was downsizing their collection in 2020 during the pandemic recession. She was the perfect pet and I'll miss her a lot. I hope we gave her a nice retirement.

Doesn't matter if you like snakes or not, a pet is a pet and it's hard to lose one. I'm sorry for your loss.

I just had my outside cat malled by a dog while sleeping last night, he had him in his mouth and I kicked him hard and the cat took off and haven't seen him yet, I'm thinking the worst, he never misses a meal

I can actually have it once in a while too as the stress from earlier this year had me drop to a weight that I have not been since before I was 30.I manged to find some salami the other day and I had almost forgotten how much I like it

Well, life is crazy. Didn't know what to expect at the start of vacation this time of year. Met some cool people before the show tonight at a brewery including one that is an absolute sweetheart that worked at my favorite brewery before they closed. Met three other surviving spouses at the concert tonight right next to me. That is f ing nuts. Also realized the insanity of 40++ years later, The Fixx would sound that good, and I could get an Uber ride back to my house late on Saturday for less than $25.

Lot's of things actually, depends what you need right now. If you didn't have a morning coffee yet, you can definitely get for this amount of cash good cup of coffee. Sometimes even with the little sandwich. Another option would be to get some nice cheetos (that's what i would do). On the flea market you can get yourself a whole outfit for that amount of cash.

I never minded that much. I just would always make sure to remove from the till at the end of the night and include them and the odd 50 cent piece and $2 bill in the bank deposit
