Yeah after a few weeks you get tired of the campfire smell all of the time. The other day we could hardly see across the street.

A week ago when driving we mistook the sun for the moon, we could look right at it!
As we continued to drive and turned a corner we were like "wait that's the moon there, that had to be the sun"!
It is pretty clear here now, there is an air quality warning, but visibility isn't affected much right now.

I am NOT missing wildfire smoke in my life. We did have some haze here in Virginia last week from wildfires on the West coast

It's that bad up there? Not so much here in metro Denver but we're sucking smoke from farther out west.

The smoke is finally clearing and got to be outside the storm.

They let us back stateside! (non-citizen tourists still aren't allowed in from Europe, but 3 out of 4 in the family w/ US passports + marriage certificate got us through)

Kinda reminds me of the Vermilion Cliffs....is that anywhere near that? Wifey and I happened on there coming out of the Grand Canyon a few years back.

I legit didn't know we had an Aqueduct in Alberta. Built in 1912 and in use until 1979.
