Beautiful, sunny, warm, and a bit humid day here in Southwestern Ontario! That 77 murican degrees.
Tuesday shows high of 4C, and snow

Still kind of like winter here in Oregon. Funny how quickly we acclimate to a new normal, as I’m hanging in a t-shirt without any hat on my head. My utility/fermentation closet has climbed to 62F, ready for another fermenter tomorrow afternoon.
