Rekon this is drinking good now.
It's pretty clean really yes there is a bannana aroma and flavour but it sure isnt overwhelming like I've read on this BE-256 yeast maybe some spice aromas as well.

Sort of a fruity pear thing on the nose as well nice thick creamy mouthfeel slightly warming on the back end that leaves this coating around the mouth.

I should of bottled this though.

Looks great. Would have been interesting to see how it aged in bottles. I don’t think it will age long in your keg.

I may still bottle it off the keg . Knowing me I'll get impatient and move it off the keg

I got mine in bottles. Waiting for carbonation. But knowing me, it won't get a chance to age much as well
