Propane Burner To Boil Wort

Depends on my batch size. My last batch was and an 8 gallon batch and was as full as @YaroBeer's kettle. Just need to pay super close attention as it nears the boil and until the hot break subsides.

I have found that with no-sparge BIAB, for any given batch size, you need double that capacity for the kettle. More doesn't hurt, especially if you want to make high gravity beers.

I have a 10 gallon Spike kettle and love it. I also love their tag line "Your liver fail before our kettles will"
