Oyster Stout!

Generally use the British yeast for stouts and porter only because of tradition . I use the Chico strain for many of my beers. Im going to repitch the Nottingham to an ESB
Ya I used my last pitch of English ale yeast on the esb I brewed. Plus Chico is a clean reliable yeast that I keep on hand.

i rotate in a pale ale every now and then. the last 3 taps generally have a different thing on them each time. Brewed a kolsch to follow the ESB and my Belgian Dubbel just took the spot of the Prepro lager.
Styles that would make me happy:), but I can only do 5oz ers at the bar with the Dubbels unless they are really toned down...Unless someone is driving me around. That would be one hell of an Uber tab to GA.

For sure. The dubbel ended up around 7.2% it's pretty tasty
