That looks great! From the name I assume you forge welded rasps onto both ends with mild steel in the middle?
Sorry for the late response, but yup. 2 farriers rasps welded together and then shaped. No mild at all, all rasp, which makes it look cool.

As far as fretboards go, I buy bare necks with fretboard and frets installed, then shape the headstocks and apply finishes. I buy blank boards for the bodies and cut & shape them with a bandsaw, a router and sandpapers.
My finishes are always done in nitrocellulose lacquer with a small compressor and a spray gun. Getting a good finish on a guitar is the same as a good paint job on a car- it's all in the prep. Grain filler, sanding sealer, and multiple grades of sanding until the body is really smooth, then color coats, many clear coats, and weeks letting the lacquer cure & harden. Next is wet sanding in progressively finer grades up to 4000, then polishing with automotive polishes; I use Meguiar's products.

Well, enough about guitars Sports Knee Pads; time for a beer!

CrossFit, yoga, paddleboarding in the summer, and jogging are my go-to activities. I love staying active and switching things up to keep it interesting. Right now, I’m checking out these chair yoga routines since it’s something completely new for me. It looks like a great low-impact way to stay flexible and work on core strength. Always open to trying new hobbies and experiences—who knows, maybe this will become a new favorite

I recently got back into collecting Pokémon cards...it gets expensive fast, just like gambling lol but I do love those shiny pieces of cardboard. I also dug out my old childhood cards and some of them are worth quite a lot these days. My "investment portfolio" so to speak :p
