one ingredient to rule them all

I almost always add flaked oats. I usually use between 8-22 ounces in a 6 gallon batch.
This seems to provide an incredible mouth feel to what ever I brew.
I am also using a mixture of brewing salts in my mash and sparge water which I believe helps with the mash ph and hops flavor enhancement.
 
If I chose one yeast to use forever it would be 2112 Cali Lager. Hops would be Nugget. The only grain I would commit to besides pils or 2-row would be flaked wheat.
