Nice low gravity beers there JA good session beers that won't get you too pissed

Yeah, nice to have the lighter fare on hand. I had a little of the Bitter that wouldn't fit into secondary so I carbed it up overnight. Really pretty awesome little beer! It's at day 7 and I could easily keg the whole thing and carb for a couple of days and serve it up. The combination of low-grav wort and fast, hard-flocc'ing yeast makes short work of getting beers ready for consumption.
