yes real authentic all grain brewing is not easy fast or simple, if done properly its very hard work no matter how you do it. if someone wants fast and easy stick to extract brewing, nothing wrong with it, Ive brewed very good beers using nothing but extract ingredients

Yeah, the guy who manages the LHBS doesn't think I'm an all grain brewer, either. I really like the BIAB method, and I have no desire to buy all the equipment necessary for the three vessel system.

It all starts from grain, anyway. No matter whether you brew extract, BIAB, or 3 vessel, or those new beer systems. It's all the same ingredients. You definitely have more control over your grain blend when you do all grain. Any way you go can produce great beer. Or poor beer!
