Watched for a bit. Very nice. But, have to stop watching now because, for some reason I would rather watch someone brew beer than do any actual work. Weird isn't it?

I would ussualy rather do pretty much anything else, lol. so i know the feeling.

that was how I took it in the recipe. hop stand after flameout?

it was 1.075 , but was only 4.5 gallons. 0.5 gall of top up water got it down to 1.053, which is close enough I think. supposed to be 1.050 right?

edit: after it cooled, it was 1.048
