I did that at first but now after cutting my dip tubes and inch off the bottom I just leave it in the keg, any gunk or yeast just falls below the pickup tube, the only issue is you can’t move it or it will cloud upFor those of you that lager in a keg, do you transfer to a final keg after lagering for conditioning of finished product?
