How to keep the fermenter cool (Poor mans way)

Unfortunately for me gents, Australians don't believe in basements apparently... Even if they do keep you cool literally all summer.........

That's cheating! A 70 degree basement is already the perfect environment.

I'm in Alberta where it's dry as hell and hits -40C in the winter, so really if I want to brew select styles I just time it. Luckuly I have a fridge that fits a fermenter so I can do whatever I want in reality.
