Update on my Holiday brews. The Christmas Ale has turned out great, great balance of cinamon and ginger, and the honey dried it out nicely. One keg still about 3/4 full, and 16 or so bottles available to share with friends and family. Kegged 5 gallons of the Bloody Finger Cranberry Chocolate Sout yesterday, and will bottle the rest this week. Keg one of the NEIPA is just about to kick, so still have a full keg of that. Let's call that all stocked up for the Holidays!
