This looks really good! Now, once you brew this again be sure to do everything else exactly the same (with maybe the exception of trying to leave behind less trub) and you will get a better idea of where you are at. If you end up over your OG or ferm. volume then GREAT! You can readjust by upping your efficiency.Change the fermentor setting

On a side note, I am not sure that you need the whirlfloc tablet in this beer. It would be better suited in a beer where you are worried about clarity.
