Five gallons?

I’m the same as most 23L or around 5gal, this fits the kegs. Some of my grit NEIPA’s are bigger in the fermenter cause there can be up to 8 L/2gal of trub.

10L batches which after losses to trub gives 16-18 bottles

At the shop, 32-33 to the fermentor, that nets 31 gallons in kegs.
At home, I haven't brewed in years but will set up to do 5 gallon batches.
At my son in laws, 15 gallons at a time. Usually he keeps 10 and I take 5.
Everything gets kegged on all of the batches.

Same here, while I keg 19ish liters, fermenter volume is batch dependant. Especially with a 75 pound dry addition...
