Five gallons?

Try for 5.5 into the fermenter, hope for 5 into the keg. Usually very close.

I do exactly the same thing.

I’m the same as most 23L or around 5gal, this fits the kegs. Some of my grit NEIPA’s are bigger in the fermenter cause there can be up to 8 L/2gal of trub.
