Na that was sanding off any burrs they show up on that no stick stuff pretty easily.

Do you have or can you make a shield to go over the electrical connection?

Yeah looks dodge with the wires just hangin out the back. Well im thinking of wrapping it in yoga blanket so that should protect them. Works both ways stops ne acidentily yankin them connections out!

I have a 5 gallon pot just like that that I can boil dme on, it has a 2000w 115v element inside and I just used duct tape just to be safe
