Brewed on a Brewzilla today!

Yes I've used a triple pulley before and lifted with one finger, the only thing that resisted was the ratchet

Harbor freight is an option too

Whirlpool? You really can't. It'll make a whirlpool, piling up the gunk right in the center...where the pump inlet sits. Ugh, worse than useless. I use the 'whirlpool' arm to connect up the hose to the CFC.

Let me know if you need photos of anything.

@Donoroto I'd like to see what you mean buy this. How the whirlpool arm hooks up to the CFC. I won't use it otherwise I"m sure. I thought it would help with faster chilling, and it might with my old immersion chiller, but using it post-boil didn't make a 'cone' of trub in the middle, and it definitely did not speed up chilling since the immersion chiller sits so far above the bottom. I hope that makes sense!
Something stable to stand on might help, or simply a lower table to put the "machine" on?

It's only a couple of inches from the ground, just enough for castors. (I roll it around a little in the laundry room).

That is basically what i have. The ratcheting pulley makes it easy.

Only difference is that i made mine 3:1

The issue for me is it's in the laundry room with a drop ceiling. I'm thinking about somehow attaching a hoist to the wall, near the top, if I could figure out how to do it.

Attach this to the floor joist via some 2x4s and then add a trolley.

this is over kill but you can have a buddy build something similar for your caster set up

I'll take some photos when I get home next week.

In my BZ3, the pump inlet is nearly dead center. The (optional) whirlpool arm reaches nearly to the bottom. The included arm is worthless for whirlpool.

This is mine, I would prefer a shorter one, the higher you place it the less force you need
