Clocked on at 7:30 that's when I got the thermomix milling my grain so didn't have strike water or pot even setup yet Finnished boil chilled and in fermentor at 12:30 5 hours cleaned up and put away was around 1:30 I dick around a bit on brew day. But didn't pitch yeast and aireate brew till 5am the following day! Today

Yep I have in the past got me kettle filled with water the night before too so all I have to do upon waking is hit the gas under the kettle to get her heating. Setting up the keg on the stand and filled to strike water level probably takes me 20 min.

There's pic of me milled grain now that's a fine crush or should I say fine cut! This fine crush has lifted my efficiency into the 80s
