Just enjoying a local brew from Merit Brewing called Fashionably Late brewed with Kveik, and Brett, with Spent Gin Botanicals added to the mash, 7.8%. Just a slight hint of a sour flavor, amazing head and head retention. It has a nice bitterness, but no real hop flavor or aroma, a subtle orange flavor in the background. Feel like I should get back out and plough some fields!
