The only thing I have made several times is a Amber Ale. I am not much of a connoisseur.

OK, here is one I keep going back to. Originally from Northern Brewer but I like making it every once in a while. I see from the notes I used reclamed yeast last time. Something we were talking about last meeting.
I use RO water and only half the listed amounts of Gypsum and Calcium Chloride.
