Hello guys, tired of cleaning manually, I make a system by getting information on Google
Simple and seem to be efficient.

Wouahhh, I discover the cip ball, amazing... I will try to upgrade ..but need importation again, thanks for showing this, really cool... I made a double connections to clean both connectors in the same time.... I m thinking to build a smaller one for star san too.. what do you think, how do you do pleaseI don't use a garbage can, but something similar.
Submersible pump with a cip ball on the end.

I need to add the ball locks to mine. I have a separate cleaner for that, it could be done at the same time.Wouahhh, I discover the cip ball, amazing... I don t understand how you run starsan threw it. Sorry and thanksI need to add the ball locks to mine. I have a separate cleaner for that, it could be done at the same time.
Nah, once it's clean, run star san through it. Drain, seal it and put 10psi of co2 in it. It will be ready for next time.
I just pour 3 gallons of starsan in the keg. shut it, then slosh it around for a minute. pour it back in the bucket and call it good.I don t understand how you run starsan threw it. Sorry and thanks
Ok because I wash keg by bulk(I mean more then 5 at a time with always one or 2 fermentor, I will make a smaller system for starsan....using smaller pump type aquarium, because star san become crazy foamy, I ve tried with big pump and I was able to make a foam party. Thanks for information again and this perfect CIP ball, I love it.I just pour 3 gallons of starsan in the keg. shut it, then slosh it around for a minute. pour it back in the bucket and call it good.

On the meeting last month, I got warned about leaving the Star San in the keg, but nothing crazy yet.
I really like the results from this type of set up. Although I have gone away from using sump pumps because PBW causes the steel drive shafts to rust over time, then the seals leak and the pump fails. Some sump pumps are oil filled and the oil can make it's way out and into whatever your cleaning. So just be aware of that. Otherwise this works really well, lots of pressure.Hello guys, tired of cleaning manually, I make a system by getting information on Google

The pump i use is magnetically coupled. Had it for more than 5 years, still goingI really like the results from this type of set up. I have since modified my setup to use a external Blichman pump. The pressure isn't as good, but it still works. I like the garbage can, I use a 10 gallon Brute myself.
I bought a strong pond pump, it maybe overkill but worth a tryThe pump i use is magnetically coupled. Had it for more than 5 years, still going
Wooo, that should do it, lol. 2700 gal a minI bought a strong pond pump, it maybe overkill but worth a try

Puts out way too much heat to be used for chilling, tried it then pulled itWooo, that should do it, lol. 2700 gal a min
Don did mention the process as he does it. Sunfire warned about it being taboo to some in the industry because of the keg materials, and she also mentioned it was a highly debated topic. Not bad remembering for a dude that had to clean a bunch of beer cans off his deck the next morning@Donoroto, were you the one who mentioned this in the meeting? If so, is this maybe-problem or a definite-problem?
For a glycol system? I use these. Nearly silent and work great. Not alot of volume, but does the job.Puts out way too much heat to be used for chilling, tried it then pulled it
anyone tried to recirculate the water with a pump this strong for a steam condenserWooo, that should do it, lol. 2700 gal a min
I tried a march pump and didn't work at all.anyone tried to recirculate the water with a pump this strong for a steam condenser
Most sumps are direct drive, magnetic drives lack the power of a direct drive. I really like the simplicity, but I couldn't get a direct drive to last much more than 18 months. The pump i use is magnetically coupled. Had it for more than 5 years, still going
