A dark Czech lager at Pontoon Brewing in Sandy Springs. They seem to have a Lot if sours lately, so I visit them less often, but this gem came out nice.

Never tried the mix (I make it the way my mom taught me) but I do love Colmans mustard. That bite at the back of your head when you taste it haha!

I'm keeping an anxious eye on the level of liquid in the air lock of my current batch

Previously I mainly used a blow off valve, but the pipe came off last time. So some modificationis needed.
