Allow each dry hop addition (1oz citra, .5oz mosaic, .5oz el dorado) to be in contact with the beer for three days, then remove.
The first dry hop gets added at high krausen.
The second dry hop gets added at the end of fermentation.
The third dry hop gets added three days after fermentation ends.
