First all grain beer.
Overall perceived very drinkable when chilled properly.
Pleasingly hoppy. Lacking on malt side, way too much wheat.
Also a bit high on bitterness.
Recipe staying original to keep a log but this would be better with less bittering and overall malt bill change.
Also, FG was a bit too low which is probably due to non constant mash temp (I think it dropped a bit too low) and high pitch temp (37C).
