Notes

This came out really well, despite no temp control during fermentation, and opening the bucket to top crop the yeast. Very happy.

Initial tasting was mildly spicy, perhaps hop-burn? But beautiful aromas, nicely carbonated with a slightly umami finish. Really interesting, wonderful IPA.
