Bissell says they use caramel 40 or 60 (depends on where you look).
BB says the old version used Centennial (I use Cascade here because I have a lot of it). The blog post says Chinook. The new rec from BB is just Mosaic, so adjust for taste. If Mosaic crop has a danker quality to it, you can go all Mosaic. If not I've seen both Centennial and Chinook used.
Shooting for around 50/60 IBU, a bit above for the style but I think that's closer to true.
Shoot for 5.1% ABV
