Notes
- Treat 7 gallons of water with half a camden tablet.
- Add Grain Bill to Mash Tun
- Strike mash with 3.5 gallons of 168 deg water. Mash 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Vorlauf.
- Add 3.5 gallons 175 deg water to sparge.
- Bring mash to Boil, after 15 minutes add 1oz of Hallertauer hops, and boil for 45 minutes.
- Transfer to fermenter and chill below 72 deg.
- Aerate and add yeast nutrient, stir.
- Pitch Yeast.
- Keg it. Set the c02 to 5psi, wait a week or two, pull off a couple junky pints to dump down the sink. Enjoy a pint yourself.
