Best Pale Ale Simpsons Malt

Primera vez utilizando el molinillo. Al minimo.

Empiezo con 7L. Acabo con exactamente 4.5. Lleno 4.4 en la garrafa y el resto para calcular oG.

Despues del mash no hago lautering, no tiro agua caliente por encima. Estrujo bolsa y a hervir. Al hervir, dejo la tapa medio puesta para q no pierda mucha agua. Hervor medio alto. Hecho los hops d flor sin bolsa. Filtro despues del enfriado al pasarlo a la jarra para pasarlo a la garrafa.

No tenia mucho hielo asiq tarda en enfriarse. Yeast, unos 3-4gr. Pitch at 22-23C.
