  2. Turn off heat, add LME and stir
  3. heat to boil.
  4. add 1 oz Saaz hops for 60 min
  5. Add 1 oz Saaz hops @ 30 min
  6. Chill wort
  7. Rack to fermentor
  8. Top off with water to 5.5 gallon
  9. Pitch WLP300 Yeast
