9 lbs frozen strawberries. Thaw, rinse in starsan, then pureé.
Add strawberry pureé along with dry hop.
This is too much beer (5.25 gal) for the amount of strawberries in a 6 gallon fermenter. Should probably be 4.5 gallons wort into fermenter.
