Notes
Wanted to make a beer so I went down to Beer Engineer Supply while I was in Charleston SC and told them I wanted to make an all-grain Oatmeal Stout. After several odd looks, especially when I said I had never made a beer before, they provided me with this recipe and I purchased the grain from them.
