Notes
With the Chocolate and Pale Chocolate malts Instead of only Roasted Barley, leaning more toward the Cork style Irish Stout (think Murphy’s) than the Dublin style (think Guinness).
Use DRC (double roasted crystal) instead of the Extra Dark Crystal, if you can get it (not in database). Normally would use flaked barley, but I was out, so split between flaked wheat and flaked oats. Also normally would use all EKG for hops, but didn’t have enough, so subbed in some Magnum to hit target IBUs.
3.25 gal wort into fermentor, then 3 gal finished beer into keg.
