14.25 lb honey (12 lb / gallon) = 1.18 gal
10.5-1.18 + 0.5 (equip loss) = 9.82 gal water to start
boil 10 gal water for 20 min, add 2 capsules BrewVint Yeast Fuel
Cool to 110 F
