Notes

This was a dreadful beer. It developed a strange chemical, yeasty smell and very bitter, vinegary taste. I had to get rid of it. I think it was fermented too hot, but the yeast wasn't particularly nice and behaved strangely during fermentation - slow to start, lots of clumps, strong smell.
