Notes

Low gravity 1.060 after 1 hour. Sparked 6 gallons and tested 15 min. Gravity went to 1.065. Came down, sparged again and waited 10 min. OSG 1.063. 1.011 in 2 days. Putting 6!oz of hops half galaxy and half citra. Crashed on day 4 1.010. Kegged on day5. Washed the yeast .
